SB Sun Reviews Crestline Jamboree

A few weeks ago we mentioned the annual Crestline Jamboree Parade and Festival was to be held in town. Surfing around the web this week, I was pleased to see a full review of it by the San Bernardino County Sun newspaper, complete with photos.

If you’re wondering what life is like when a small town like this gets together in celebration, this is a perfect example.

From the article:

Attendees wore red, white and blue wherever they could. On buttons. On bikini tops. On beaded beards.

Plenty of tattoos, too. Baby boomers with ponytails, and tattoos. Generation-Xers with soul patches, and tattoos. Kids with ball caps, and rub-off tattoos.

Even better, the newspaper put a not-so-small photo gallery online from the event…79 of them, in fact.

Did you snap any photos from the event? Drop a link to them in the comments- we’d love to check them out!
